4.1 To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 jp9w reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including but not limited to:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identity document (MyKad, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement, e-wallet screenshot);
• Source of funds documentation where required by licensing obligations.

4.3 Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed. jp9w may place a temporary hold on Account funds pending the completion of verification without liability.

4.4 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. jp9w will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

4.5 You must notify jp9w immediately via Live Chat or email at [email protected] if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

5.1 jp9w accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following channels: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect, and selected cryptocurrencies including BTC, ETH, and USDT.

5.2 All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. jp9w reserves the right to return funds to the originating payment method and close the Account if third-party deposits are identified.

5.3 jp9w does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. You are responsible for any such fees.

5.4 Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Current minimum deposit thresholds are displayed at the point of transaction within the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

5.5 Deposited funds are held in accounts segregated from jp9w's operational funds, providing an additional layer of protection for player balances.

5.6 jp9w reserves the right to decline any deposit at its sole discretion, including where fraud or money laundering concerns have been identified.

6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once KYC verification has been successfully completed. jp9w targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within 15 minutes during normal operating conditions, though processing times may vary.

6.2 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically feasible. jp9w may require additional documentation before processing a withdrawal to a different method.

6.3 The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 unless otherwise stated at the point of transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated to the Player accordingly.

6.4 Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable. Only Real Money Funds and winnings derived from Real Money Funds (or from Bonus Funds where wagering requirements have been fully satisfied) are eligible for withdrawal.

6.5 jp9w reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of fraud, money laundering, or verification checks without liability to the Player.

7.2 Wagering requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. The specific multiplier applicable to each bonus (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) is stated in the individual offer's terms. The wagering requirement must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

7.3 Maximum bet during bonus play: While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, a maximum bet per round or spin applies (typically between MYR 25 and MYR 100, as stated per offer). Bets exceeding this cap while bonus funds are active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7.4 Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10–20%). Full contribution rates are stated in each offer's terms.

7.7 jp9w reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom where it determines, at its sole and reasonable discretion, that a Player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including through the use of coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee profit irrespective of outcome.

8.1 All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. jp9w does not permit the cancellation of bets after confirmation unless the Platform itself has displayed an error or the relevant sporting event has been cancelled.

8.2 In the event of a technical failure, system error, or communication breakdown that results in a wager being placed or settled incorrectly, jp9w reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake to the Player's Account.

8.3 Odds displayed on sports markets including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other events are subject to change up until the point at which a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable at the moment of confirmation shall be the odds that apply.

8.4 jp9w follows internationally accepted rules for the settlement of sports bets including Asian Handicap, Over-Under, and in-play markets. Specific settlement rules applicable to each market are published within the sportsbook section of the Platform.

8.5 jp9w reserves the right to limit stakes, restrict bet types, or close markets at its sole discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns or potential integrity issues are identified.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• 9.1 Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name, a fictitious name, or that of another person.
• 9.2 Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• 9.3 Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage over other players.
• 9.4 Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or tournament.
• 9.5 Engaging in any activity that constitutes or may constitute money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.

• 9.7 Any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward jp9w staff or other players.

10.1 jp9w reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it believes, on reasonable grounds, that the Player has breached any provision of these Terms.

10.2 Where an Account is closed due to breach of these Terms, jp9w may withhold all or part of the Account balance pending investigation. Where fraud, cheating, or prohibited conduct is confirmed, jp9w reserves the right to forfeit all funds in the Account.

10.3 Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting our support team. Where there is no outstanding wagering requirement, the remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12.2 jp9w's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 jp9w does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability of the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability, for which jp9w accepts no liability.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jp9w's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
